PTFE stainless steel braided fuel lines are ideal for vehicle and racing applications where E85 or methanol compatible fuel lines are required. The stainless steel outer braid provides impact and wear resistance and protects the PTFE liner.

Our polytetrafluoroethylene lining can undergo special carbonization treatment, and its conductivity is very important for fuel handling.

This product is not legally sold or used on emission controlled vehicles unless used as a direct replacement part according to OEM specifications.

The PTFE fuel line is compatible with E85 gasoline, ethanol and nitromethane. A tough outer stainless steel braid provides impact and abrasion resistance and protects the inner PTFE tube.

Moreover, since fuel is a flammable and explosive liquid, our PTFE fuel line has been specially carbonized, which plays a huge role in discharging electrostatic charges and preventing unnecessary losses.

PTFE fuel hose has a low coefficient of friction, which allows for higher flow rates and easier rinsing, and helps eliminate residual process contaminants. This material is flexible, resistant to chemicals, non-flammable and heat resistant.

It also has high dielectric strength and inertness against most chemicals and solvents. It is not only suitable for the automotive industry, but also widely used in industry, chemical processing, general laboratories, automobiles, insulation and food service.

PTFE fuel hose provides excellent lubrication, high temperature use, chemical resistance, biocompatibility and precise extrusion tolerances. Because the inside diameter is clean and smooth, the PTFE hose allows limited free flow.

PTFE fuel hoses have very low permeability to gases and liquids. They are almost completely free from chemical attacks and can be reused in ethylene oxide and autoclaves. Fluoropolymer hose is considered highly flexible, but PTFE tubing has the best flexibility.

PTFE fuel hose is currently the thinnest and lightest fuel hose. It combines a highly flexible 304 grade stainless steel braid with an internal smooth PTFE tube to increase flow. The complex external structure provides incredible flexibility. The inner PTFE tube is suitable for use with any fuel and withstands temperatures up to 260 degrees Celsius. Stainless steel braided PTFE hose can be used for soaking hose in fuel applications.

Our product specifications are complete, from 1/8 to 2". All the raw materials we use are high quality; such as DuPont, 3M, Daikin etc., and the best domestic raw materials are also available.
