Union Tee BSP is used to connect two female BSP fittings to each other. It is a British Standard Pipe Tapered thread fitting union. Material has been made of high grade carbon steel that provides a perfect durability.

Union Tee BSP Features

Use BSP Union Tee  adapter that has a straight thread.  BSP is acronym for British Standard Pipe Tapered.  Connect three female BSP with the size to each other using Union Tee BSPT. Sealing can either metal-to-metal or via a seal or O-ring.  BSP Union Tee has British standard G thread.  Assembling this adapter is very easy and makes it possible to do any repair in the system when it’s required.  Reuse of BSP Union Tee is not considered safe, since the thread is not a dry seal connection and permanently deforms the threads. Different material and custom sizes of this product are available, for more details, check the Data Sheet above.

Product Selection
Considering amount of system pressure, and function you must choose the proper connector. Also, consider the environment where this product will be used in (e.g. humidity, mechanical pressure, temperature). So they are environmentally clean and safe to use. Furthermore, they have a corrosion resistance to white rust and tested up-to 75 hours.

Product Usage
Usages of these high pressure fittings are common in all fields of hydraulic.  After choosing the proper adapter size based on the fluid volume, pressure, media, and other properties, adaptor can be installed. Install Union Tee BSP between three BSP female connections of the same size. Remember, since there is an angle across the flanks of threads in BSP connectors, it is not possible to connect them together, even if they have the same size (mentioned in the description, BSPP is a parallel thread fitting).
