1. Order processing time:
All orders are usually processed and packed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered during weekends and holidays. If processing times are extended due to holidays or peak periods, we will notify you in advance on the website banner or product page.
2. Delivery costs and estimated time: We provide a variety of delivery options for you to choose from. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard delivery:
a: Within Poland, 1-2 working days.
b: Other European countries and regions, 3-7 working days.
Note: Estimated delivery time does not include order processing time. Some international orders may experience minor delays due to customs clearance, bad weather, or force majeure.
3. Delivery scope:
We currently ship to Poland and all European countries except Poland. Outside Europe please contact us directly by phone or email.
